Key Responsibility

• P6 Mastery: Lead the development and maintenance of the full project lifecycle schedule using Primavera P6.

• Critical Path Management: continuously monitor the Critical Path and propose recovery plans for any slippages.

• Reporting: Generate Look-Ahead schedules, S-Curves, and progress reports for senior management.

• Resource Management: Monitor resource histograms to prevent bottlenecks in the FSO conversion workflow.

• Engineering/Construction Interface: Ensure the schedule accurately reflects the sequence of engineering deliverables and construction feasibility.
