Manage and maintain all project and company documents in a structured manner.
Prepare, log, track, and archive all technical and non-technical documents.
Control the issuance, receipt, and tracking of documents as per company procedures.
Ensure documents comply with submission standards (format, naming, revision control, etc.).
Coordinate with engineers, vendors, and clients for timely document submissions and approvals.
Update and monitor document status using Document Control systems or Excel trackers.
Ensure confidentiality and proper backup of all critical documents.
Provide first-level technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
Maintain and troubleshoot company email systems and software applications.
Ensure proper backup systems and antivirus are running and updated.
Support MS Office tools, AutoCAD, Adobe, Photoshop, etc., as per departmental needs.
Maintain and update IT inventory records.
Assist with website or social media maintenance if required.
