HSE Leadership: Establish, champion, and enforce a Zero Harm culture and all project Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards across the entire construction site.
Quality Assurance: Oversee the implementation of the project’s Quality Control (QC) plan, ensuring all installed works meet technical specifications, classification society rules, and codes.
Execution & Site Leadership
Site Management: Lead and direct all construction activities across multi-disciplines (Structural, Piping, Mechanical, E&I) during the shipyard/dry dock phase of the FSO conversion.
Subcontractor Oversight: Manage and coordinate the performance, interfaces, and deliverables of multiple subcontractors, ensuring scope adherence and productivity targets are met.
Issue Resolution: Act as the final on-site authority for resolving complex technical and contractual conflicts that may impede construction progress.
Performance & Schedule Control
Productivity: Drive and optimize site productivity and efficiency to ensure all construction milestones align with the Integrated Master Schedule.
Interface Control: Coordinate closely with the Engineering and Procurement teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate installation of materials and equipment.
Handover: Ensure all construction packages achieve Mechanical Completion (MC) and are fully prepared for smooth and seamless handover to the Commissioning Manager.
